About the College
Our Society started the Degree College in the year 2004. We had the great privilege of having Dr.(Shri.) R. L. Kashyap a well-known scientist and chief of the Shri. Aravindo Kapali Shastri Vedic centre for the inauguration of the college. Later on our proud alumni Shri. K.A. Lokapur by his generous donation brought our dream of constructing the college building in reality that is why now the college and the building stand in the name of Shri. Krishnarao Annarao Lokapur. At the same time, we are very much proud to say that the college building was inaugurated by great international figures Shri Narayanamurty and Smt. Sudhamurty of Infosys.
Our college has magnificent infrastructure, very good classrooms, well equipped Science, Computer Lab and Library and students friendly Digital Lab, Language Lab, Multipurpose Auditorium in the Memory of Late Dr. R.H. Kulkarni and a spacious and well planned play ground, all these things along with the much concerned and qualified faculties has placed us in the place of ‘B’ Grade, Accredited by NAAC. In the year 2016 the University Grants Commission granted us with 2F & 12B of the UGC Act, New Delhi.
The premise of the college has 8 Acres of land donated to the J.E.Society by late Shri Shrimant D. B. Pawar Desai (Mangasulikar) in the commemoration of late Shri Shrimant Bojaraj Pawar Desai.
Our Society has opened doors for the Business Administration Course and Post Graduate Courses in English and Commerce. Smt. Meena Chandawarkar, former Vice-Chancellor of Akkamahadevi Karnataka State Women’s University, Vijayapur made us proud by inaugurating Post Graduate Courses.
With this background our college has been rendering its services to the needy students, girl’s students in particular.
